All our products are carefully selected and packaged in airtight packets. They are of the highest quality and comply fully with FDA food regulations. These products generally have a maximum shelf life of 12 months.

Products are shipped via USPS.

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about an order , please contact us by e-mail and we will endeavour to respond to your query on the same day.

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with a particular product we will give a full refund or replace the goods without delay. All goods should be returned within 7 days. Refunds will only be made via the credit/debit card through which the original transaction was made.
