Between the deserts of Rajasthan in the west, the northern slopes of the Himalayas, the lush forests of Assam in the east and the spice-laden Malabar Coast to the south, lies a land of regional variety. India's cuisine is as regional and diverse as the land and its people.
The cuisine has been shaped down throughout the centuries by invaders and religion alike. Spices have been an integral part of India for over three thousand years, and are the reason why Indian cuisine is enjoyed throughout the world.
Spicelicious has developed a line of spices, specially blended to combine with chicken, shrimp or vegetables to create a mouth-watering entrée from India. Each spice blend contains various spices for a particular dish. Just follow the directions on the back of the packet, and experience “A Taste Of India”. Try one on its own, or create a whole meal.
